He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MP Capital Advisory Sdn Bhd, a financial consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur.
A certified Green and Sustainable Finance professional (Chartered Banker Institute, UK; Cambridge CISL), with specialist certificates in electric vehicles, renewable energy, green business strategy and carbon taxation from Duke, UPenn, HKUST and UNITAR.
He began at Affin Investment Bank in Debt Capital Markets, later joining Client Solutions at Danajamin Nasional Berhad. With over 14 years in the financial sector, he is a Director at both MP Capital Advisory and Lestari Advisory.
Nasir has served across several local and international financial institutions, covering commercial, corporate, risk management, capital markets and merchant banking.
He later moved from banking into the corporate sector, managing public listed companies and leading turnaround management engagements.
